To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.
StoryWhisper offers free and premium subscription services through your mobile app store:
Subscription fees are billed monthly and will automatically renew unless canceled. All prices include applicable VAT/taxes as required by European Union law. Billing is processed securely through Google Play Billing (Android) or Apple In-App Purchase (iOS) using the payment methods configured in your app store account.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your app store account settings. For Android users, tap "Manage Subscription" in the StoryWhisper app to access Google Play Store settings. For iOS users, manage subscriptions through Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions. You may also contact our support team at logicore.labs@gmail.com for assistance. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are subject to the app store's refund policy (Google Play or Apple App Store).

All content generated by our AI system, including stories and related materials, remains the intellectual property of LOGICORE LABS EOOD. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use generated content for personal, non-commercial purposes.

StoryWhisper is designed for children aged 3-12 years. We are committed to protecting children's privacy and comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. LOGICORE LABS EOOD makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the use or results of the Service.
In no event shall LOGICORE LABS EOOD be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
These Terms shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws of Bulgaria. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Sofia, Bulgaria.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
