Account Deletion Instructions

We respect your right to remove your StoryWhisper account at any time. To delete your account and associated data, please follow the steps below.

1. Send a Deletion Request

Email our support team from the email address used to register your StoryWhisper account. Include the phrase "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line.

• Email: logicore.labs@gmail.com
• Subject: Account Deletion Request
• Content: Provide the email address linked to the account and optionally the reason for deletion.

2. Verification

For security reasons we may request additional verification to confirm ownership of the account. Please respond promptly if our team requests more information.

3. Processing Time

Account deletion requests are processed within 7 business days. Once completed, we will:

• Remove personal information stored in Firebase (authentication account and profile details).
• Delete story history and saved content associated with your account.
• Note: Active subscriptions must be canceled separately through your app store (Google Play or Apple App Store) as we cannot cancel app store subscriptions directly. Please cancel your subscription before requesting account deletion.

4. Important Notes

• Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be reversed.
• Data required for legal, security, or financial record keeping may be retained according to applicable laws.
